I get comments daily on my YouTube channel asking about weight loss. I've finally decided to put together a complete program to help you reach your weight goals step-by-step.
The program includes nutrition and fitness but goes beyond. We will focus on new strategies and rewiring your brain to make reaching your weight goals realistic without depriving you.
I will share all the strategies in a LIVE workshop where you can ask your questions. Then, I will spend 6-weeks with you while you practice and implement your plan and the strategies. We will focus on strategies, processes, problem-solving, and psychology to help you reach your goals.
If you feel like you have a good knowledge-base of what to do, but struggle to stick with it long-term or you struggle with cravings/hunger or to let go of habits then this program is for you.
This is launching as a beta-program. In order to provide an intimate setting and support each and every person, I'm only taking the first 30 people as founding members.

I thought that I would always struggle with cravings and sugar addiction. My first blog was actually called "The Dietitian who Loved Candy". But becoming a dietitian and having the knowledge of what to eat and how to be healthy didn't help me. And to be honest, the knowledge didn't really help my clients either. While I could teach the information, it was up to the client to implement after they left. Of course, with a part of our brain wired to seek out food for survival mixed with our society surrounding us with delicious food my clients continued to struggle.
In 2016 I took a new job in weight management (weight loss) and instead of studying food, I studied the psychology of wanting and weight. I studied cognitive behavior therapy, cognitive restructuring, motivational communication, and acceptance-based therapy. For the first time, something changed in my brain about how I thought about food. It became easy to make the choices that wanted to make. I didn't have an internal battle with a part of my brain trying to rationalize why it was okay to eat the foods I knew I didn't want to eat.
This is when I became really passionate about health and weight. I was excited to share what I had learned with others. Client success wasn't in the knowledge of healthy eating and fitness. Success and results come with compassion, motivation, communication, support, and cognitive restructuring of the brain.
I was finally able to stop cravings and wanting and if this is something you struggle with then I would love to help you do the same.
