Gestational Diabetes Bread

If you have gestational diabetes (or Type 2 diabetes) you NEED to try this low carb bread from It's made with almond flour so almost no carbs, super delicious and only 10-min of prep and 1 hour in the oven.

Gestational diabetes weekly meal plan:

Low carb almond flour bread:

280 g whole raw almonds (or 3 cups almond flour)

45 g psyllium husk (5 Tbsp)

18 g baking powder (4 tsp)

9 g baking soda (2 tsp)

1/2 tsp salt

200 g eggs (4 eggs)

4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

170 g (3/4 cup) hot water
