Smoothie Recipe: 1 cup strawberries halved (150 g) = 9 g net carbs

1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk = 1.5 g net carbs

1/2 avocado = 1 g net carb

1/2 scoop protein powder = 2 g net carbs (or pasteurized egg whites)

1 handful kale (spine removed) = 0 carb

1 Tbsp hemp hearts (optional) = 0 carb

6 drops stevia (optional)= 0 carbs
