Today's video on Pregnancy and Postpartum TV is a 40-min full-body postnatal yoga with postpartum ab workout exercises to tighten and flatten abs after pregnancy. I have been feeling extra tight with the extra stress of quarantine so this is a full-body stretch and feel good routine. Also great for breastfeeding moms with sore backs.
